Oregon blue cheese dressing

| 1½ | pack | (4-oz ea) blue cheese; crumbled |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil; |
| 1 | tablespoon | Milk; |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cider vinegar; |
| 1 | clove | Garlic; minced |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Dry mustard; |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper; |
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well blended.
Cover and chill. Serve over fruit or salad greens.
