Orecchiette ai broccoli

| 500 | grams | Orecchiette (preferibly fresh not dry) |
| 300 | grams | Broccoli (frozen one are easer to cook) |
| Olive oil | ||
| 2 | Clove of GARLIC | |
| Salt & pepper | ||
Directions
fry in 100 gr. oil the garlic in a large frying-pan, add the broccoli (already ½ cooked if fresh, defrosted if frozen), and let them cook low fire for 15/20 minutes covert by a lid, so the steem does not go. when the broccoli are ready put the orecchiette very al dente in the pan together with the broccoli and a little of the orecchiette cooking water finish the cooking. Serve hot, with pecorino romano on request.
