Orange buttercups

1½ cup Sugar
½ cup Butter
3 \N Egg yolks
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Orange extract
2½ cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Hot orange juice
3 tablespoons Melted butter
½ teaspoon Lemon extract
⅛ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Powdered sugar
