| 9 | ounces | Orange juice |
| 3 | cups | Bread flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Butter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dried milk |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dry yeast or |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dry yeast Bread Rapid |
| ****Medium Loaf**** | ||
| 5½ | ounce | Orange juice |
| 2 | cups | Bread flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry yeast or |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dry yeast Bread Rapid |
Directions
Pour liquids in bread pan, then all dry ingredients except yeast.
Place Dry yeast on top of flour away from liquid. Return bread pan to bakery. Close lid and plug into a receptacle. Set controls per machine instructions.
