|6½ pounds||Ripe figs (See note #1)|
|1 can||#2 1/2 crushed pineapple|
|¼ cup||Lemon juice|
NOTE #1: Weigh figs after peeling, removing only the peeling that .
easily pulls off with the stem. Mash peeled figs to fine pulp, add other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into hot sterile jars and seal.
