Easy fig pie

Ingredients

14California fig cookies
2cupsMilk
1packVanilla-flavored pudding mix
½cupLight molasses
1teaspoonCinnamon
½teaspoonAllspice
1teaspoonVanilla
½teaspoonSalt
110-inch pie shell, cooled
Whipped cream

Directions

Crumble fig cookies into milk. Add pudding mix. Stir over heat until pudding bubbles. Remove from fire and stir in molasses, cinnamon, allspice. Add vanilla and salt. Cool. Place in cooled pie shell.

Top with sweetened, vanilla-flavored whipped cream. Serves 6-8.
