Onion and bacon dip

Yield: 1 1/3 cups

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Hard boiled eggs grated
\N \N Mayonnaise lurie
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Curry powder
\N \N Fried onion
\N \N Crumbled bacon fried
\N \N Scallion chopped
\N \N Parsley chopped
\N \N Handful of raisins

Mix together eggs, salt and pepper, mayonnaise curry until consistency like a thin paste. Add fried onion and crumbled fried bacon just before serving.
