Olive & anchovy bites

Yield: 40 Pieces

Measure Ingredient
1 cup All-purpose Flour
½ cup Chilled butter
1 cup Grated cheese (any kind)
2 ounces Chopped Anchovy Fillets
⅓ cup Chopped black olives
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1. Place flour, butter, cheese, anchovies, olives, and cayenne in a food processor and mix until forms a firm dough.

2. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes.

3. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface.

4. Cut dough into 2 inch strips. Cut strips diagonally to make small triangles. Bake 8-10 minutes on baking sheets. Cool.

May keep in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
