Old-time vanilla ice cream

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Eggs, separated
1 cup Sugar
14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
13 ounces Evaporated milk
2 cans 5.33 oz. evaporated milk
\N \N Water for each can of milk
1 tablespoon Vanilla

Beat egg yolks and sugar together. Add milk and water. Add vanilla. Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold into milk mixture. Freeze in gallon ice cream freezer, following manufacturer's instructions.

Yield: 1 gallon.
