Yield: 8 servings
|6 \N||Eggs, separated|
|14 ounces||Sweetened condensed milk|
|13 ounces||Evaporated milk|
|2 cans||5.33 oz. evaporated milk|
|\N \N||Water for each can of milk|
Beat egg yolks and sugar together. Add milk and water. Add vanilla.
Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold into milk mixture. Freeze in gallon ice cream freezer, following manufacturer's instructions.
Yield: 1 gallon.
