Old mexico fish fillets

| 8 | Fresh mushrooms; sliced | |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 4 | Tomatoes; coarsely chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chives; chopped |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Basil |
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| 3 | Green onions & tops; sliced | |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 4 | Fish fillets; your choice | |
Directions
Saute mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes; add next 8 ingredients; simmer, covered for 10-12 minutes. Put fish in greased 1-½ quart casserole; pour sauce over fish; bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until fish is white and flaky. Easy, quick, and GOOD!
