Creole style fish fillets

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Pollack Fish Fillets, thawed
1 can (16 oz) Tomatoes & juice
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Onion, chopped
⅓ cup Green Pepper, chopped
½ clove Garlic, minced

Season fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Place in an ungreased baking dish. Mix together tomatoes & juice, lemon juice, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Pour over fish fillets. Bake in a 400øF oven. Spoon tomato mixture over fish several times during baking. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in the middle.
