Creole style fish fillets

1poundsPollack Fish Fillets, thawed
1can(16 oz) Tomatoes & juice
1tablespoonLemon Juice
1tablespoonOnion, chopped
cupGreen Pepper, chopped
½cloveGarlic, minced

Directions

Season fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Place in an ungreased baking dish. Mix together tomatoes & juice, lemon juice, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Pour over fish fillets. Bake in a 400øF oven. Spoon tomato mixture over fish several times during baking. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in the middle.
