Fish and rice mexicali

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked brown rice
16 ounces Mild picante sauce
¼ cup Chopped green peppers
1 pounds Fish fillets cod; sole, flounder
2 tablespoons ;melted margarine
1 teaspoon Herb seasonings

From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@...> Mix rice, 1 cup picante sauce and green peppers together. Place in casserole dish. Place fish fillets over rice mixture. Pour melted margarine over fish nad sprinkle with seasoning. Pour remaining picante sauce over fish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on hi for 7- 10 minutes. Fish is ready to serve when if flakes easily when tested with a fork.
