16ouncesMild picante sauce
¼cupChopped green peppers
1poundsFish fillets cod; sole, flounder
2tablespoons;melted margarine
1teaspoonHerb seasonings

Directions

From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@...> Mix rice, 1 cup picante sauce and green peppers together. Place in casserole dish. Place fish fillets over rice mixture. Pour melted margarine over fish nad sprinkle with seasoning. Pour remaining picante sauce over fish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on hi for 7- 10 minutes. Fish is ready to serve when if flakes easily when tested with a fork.
