Yield: 4 Servings
|1 small||Onion; chopped|
|1 small||Bell pepper; chopped|
|1 pack||Frozen okra|
Saute onions & pepper in a little oil. Add tomatoes which have been put through a blender. Cook until you have a good tomato gravy (you will have to add some water). Add frozen cut okra. Season to taste. (I use salt, Greek seasoning & pepper.) Add more salt if needed. (This is a very good dish.)
