Oklahoma calf fries

Slice 2 pounds of calf fries (mountain oysters) about ¼ inch thick (they are easier to slice if slightly frozen.) Soak in an egg and milk mixture about 10 mins. Roll each fry in a mixture of 1¼ cups cornmeal, 3 cups flour, and 1 tsp salt. Fry in hot oil (350 F) until golden brown. Enjoy????
