Oatmeal pie 2

Yield: 1 9-inch pie

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Eggs
¾ cup Sugar
¾ cup Dark corn syrup
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
¼ cup Butter or margarine; melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¾ cup Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or old-fashioned)
⅓ cup Flaked or shredded coconut
1 \N 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar; beat until thick. Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) about 45 minutes or until center of pie is firm. Cool. Serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
