Oatmeal banana cookies

Yield: 100 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Bananas; mashed
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
4 \N Egg whites
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 cups Flour
2½ cup Oats
2 cups Chocolate chips

Cream bananas (or fat) and sugars. Add egg replacer & water (or eggs) and beat thoroughly. Add in vanilla, salt, baking soda, flour, and oats, beating at medium speed after each addition. Stir in other ingredients.

Press golf ball size scoops onto greased baking sheet 2" apart. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until brown. Cool completely before munching.
