Oat apple crumble

Directions
Poach the apples in just enough water to wet them with the sugar over a low heat. When they are soft, place them in an ovenproof dish. Rub the flour, oats spread and sugar together to make a mixture which resembles breadcrumbs. Use this to cover the apples.
Bake in the oven at 190øC/375øF/gas mark 5 for about 20 minutes, or until the top is crisp.
