Nutty mango bread

Yield: 3 Loafs

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Raisins
1¼ cup Granola
1 cup Macadamia nuts
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
⅓ teaspoon Nutmeg
⅓ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
2¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
2 cups Mango puree
2 teaspoons Baking soda
⅔ cup Shredded coconut
3 \N Eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease three 3x7 inch loaf pans. Blend mango puree, oil, eggs, vanilla, and orange peel. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add sugar and spices.
