Nutmeg bread *

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
Eggs
1½ tablespoon Fruit juice concentrate
2½ tablespoon Honey
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅓ teaspoon Nutmeg
1½ tablespoon Vital gluten; to 3 tbls
3⅓ cup Whole wheat flour
1½ teaspoon Yeast

Add ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Medium color setting. Makes 1-½ lb loaf.
