Nut raisin bread ( mrs. lyons' recipe)

| 3 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 4 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | each | Egg |
| 1 | cup | Walnuts chopped |
| 1 | cup | Raisins |
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, add milk and beaten egg, then nuts and raisins.Put in greased loaf pan and let stand 20 minutes. Bake 1 hour in 350 oven if using pyrex pan, 375 oven if using metal pan.
