Nut and bolts

Yield: 50 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Unsalted deluxe mixed nuts
1 pounds Unsalted cashews
1 pack Shreddies small box
1 pack Cheerios small box
8 ounces Pretzel sticks
2 cups Peanut oil or 1 cup
\N \N Butter and 1 cup peanut oil
2 tablespoons Worchestshire sauce
1 tablespoon Garlic
1 tablespoon Seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Celery salt

I turkey size roasting pan combine first five ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 200 degrees Farenheight for 2 hrs. Stir frequently approx every ½ hr. Pack into jars or freezer bags and this can be frozen. This can be cut in half Submitted By ELEANOR MURRAY On 04-23-95
