Peppered nuts

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Pecan halves
\N \N Butter or margarine
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco; more or less
\N \N Salt
\N \N White pepper

Saut‚ 1 pound pecan halves in a little butter or margarine. Add 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of Tabasco, salt, and white pepper.

Roast at 300ø for 20 minutes, or until brown. Yield: 1 pound nuts.
