2 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
3 | drops | Tabasco; more or less |

White pepper |
Directions
Saut 1 pound pecan halves in a little butter or margarine. Add 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of Tabasco, salt, and white pepper.
Roast at 300ø for 20 minutes, or until brown. Yield: 1 pound nuts.
