North carolina piedmont bbq sauce vi

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Vinegar
1 Stick butter
1 cup Ketchup
6 ounces Heinz 57 sauce
1 tablespoon Celery seed
1 cup Onion, chop
1 Clove garlic
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
Red pepper flakes

1. Cook sugar, butter until bubbles. Add vinegar and whisk. Add rest and cook until thick.
