Measure Ingredient
½ \N Stick butter
¼ cup Minced onion
1¼ cup Cider vin
1¼ cup Ketcup
¾ tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcester
¼ teaspoon Cayenne
\N \N S&p

1. Saute onion in butter. Add rest and simmer 30 min. Use on pork smoked with vinegar based mop.
