North carolina barbecue basting sauce

2 cups Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons Paprika
3 tablespoons Salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Chili powder
3 tablespoons Ground pepper
1 cup Water
