| 1 | pint | Cider vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Red pepper -- ground |
| 1 | tablespoon | Red pepper flakes |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar -- packed |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mix well and let stand several hours before using.
Mix with meat chopped from the cooked pig and serve extra on the side.
