Spray saucepan with Pam. Melt margarine and marshmallows over low heat, stirring constanly, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in food coloring and vanilla. Stir in cornflakes to coat them. Keep warm by placing in a larger pot or skillet filled with hot water, replacing water as it cools. Working quickly so mixture doesn't harden, use two spoons sprayed with Pam or spray it on your fingers, drop small mounds of cornflake mixture on to waxed papaer. Quickly form into wreath shapes. Immediately decorate with candies. When dry, they may be strung with ribbons for tree ornaments. Store in an airtight container.
