Nondairy avocado \"sour cream\"

1Ripe avocado; peeled, pitted
10½ounceExtra firm silken tofu
2tablespoonsNutritional yeast
2teaspoonsTamari sauce
½Lemon; juiced
6tablespoonsWater
2teaspoonsChopped dill weed
1tablespoonChopped chives
1tablespoonChopped garlic chives

Directions

In a blender combine all ingredients except dill, chives, and garlic chives, and process until smooth. Stir in herbs and serve.
