2tablespoonsSugar
1cupSelf-rising flour
2tablespoonsCream cheese
2tablespoonsYoghurt or eshel
1packVanilla sugar; (10 g)
Grated lemon rind

Directions

Mix egg and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Drop spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry quickly, drain and roll in icing sugar.
