2Boned, skinned chicken breasts
1teaspoonNo salt mix
2tablespoonsLemon juice
2tablespoonsSnipped parsley Cooked Rice or pasta

Directions

SEASONED SALT:

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

HEALTHY HEART CHICKEN:

Cut chicken breasts in half. Season and saute in oil over medium high heat about 4 minutes per side. Stir in th elemon jiuce, scraping up any brown bits. Add parsley and serve over rice or pasta.
