No bake almond snowballs

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Melted butter |
| 4 | ounces | Semi-sweet chocolate |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | cup | Finely ground almonds |
| 1 | cup | Unsweetened coconut |
| 1 | cup | Toasted slivered almonds |
| 3 | tablespoons | Honey |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Wheat germ |
Directions
Melt butter & chocolate over very low heat; stir in vanilla. Combine ground almonds, coconut, toasted almonds, honey, salt & wheat germ. Stir in butter mixture; chill until firm enough to roll into balls, 1-inch in diameter.
Roll in more coconut. Set on tray & chill. Yields 30.
