Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
1 \N Stick of butter
2 \N Egg yolks
1 medium Can crushed pineapple, drain
1 cup Chopped pecans
1 large Bag of vanilla wafers
2 packs Dream Whip
1 large Package of coconut

Mix together sugar, butter, egg yolks, pecans and pineapple. Put approximately 1 large teaspoon of mixture between two vanilla wafers.

Place these on a cookie sheet and freeze overnight. Mix Dream Whip and roll each cookie in the whipped mixture and roll in coconut. Lay on cookie sheet until forzen. Keep in freezer in a plastic bag or Tupperware for 2 to 4 weeks if you can keep from eating them all in the first hour. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-09-95
