Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Sugar |
1 \N | Stick of butter |
2 \N | Egg yolks |
1 medium | Can crushed pineapple, drain |
1 cup | Chopped pecans |
1 large | Bag of vanilla wafers |
2 packs | Dream Whip |
1 large | Package of coconut |
Mix together sugar, butter, egg yolks, pecans and pineapple. Put approximately 1 large teaspoon of mixture between two vanilla wafers.
Place these on a cookie sheet and freeze overnight. Mix Dream Whip and roll each cookie in the whipped mixture and roll in coconut. Lay on cookie sheet until forzen.
