Ninfa's green sauce

Ingredients

1RIPE avocado
¼cupSour cream
¼cupMilk
1teaspoonMinced onion
1Clove garlic, mashed
1tablespoonFresh cilantro, minced OR
¼teaspoonDried cilantro
½teaspoonHot pepper sauce

3tablespoonsFresh lemon juice

Directions

1. Peel avocado and mash to a smooth pulp. 2. Add sour cream, milk, onion, garlic, juice and blend with a wire whip. 3. Let stand at least an hour before serving.

Refrigerate any

: leftover sauce.
