Measure | Ingredient |

2 tablespoons | Crushed red chile |
½ teaspoon | Dry mustard powder |
1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | Oil |
3 eaches | Potatoes, boiled and cut in one inch cubes |
Thoroughly mix mustard, lemon juice, and oil. Pour the mixture over the hot potatoes. Toss gently to coat all the pieces. Sprinkle the red chile over potatoes and serve.
