Measure | Ingredient |

3 pounds | Stew meat, cut in 1/2\" cubes |
1 can | Golden Mushroom Soup |
1 \N | Bag Lipton Onion Soup Mix |
½ cup | Sherry |
1 teaspoon | Kitchen Bouquet |
1 can | Mushrooms, drained |
\N \N | Lemon Pepper Marinade |
Season meat well with Lemon Pepper Marinade. Use at least 1-2 Tablespoons.
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours in a 3 quart covered casserole. Serve over rice or noodles.
ALTERATIONS: Cook all day in a crock pot! **I use Chef Hans' (out of lousiana) brand Lemon pepper. You think you're gonna overdo the pepper, but it takes alot to overdo it.
