Ingredients

| 1 | large | Box elbow macaroni |
| 1 | pounds | Cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1 | pint | Sour cream |
| 1 | cup | Milk, scalded |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Velveta cheese grated |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| ½ | cup | Buttered bread crumbs (opt.) |
Directions
Boil macaroni until tender and rinse under cold water. In a suace pan, scald milk, add cheeses and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and add sour cream and mix well. Add to cooled macaroni and place in a greased baking dish. Dot with the butter and sprinkle with the buttered bread crumbs if desired. Bake in a 375 degree oven 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
