Hot peppers in vinegar

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 teaspoons Salt
3 \N Garlic cloves.

Fill jar with whole peppers (stem and seed removed).Fill up with a mixture of good wine vinegar

: water, equal parts. Sterilize in boiling water bath (big pot) for 20-30 min.
