My spanish rice

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 can Tomato soup (10 oz)
⅔ cup Rice, raw
½ small Onion

Brown onion in fat, add meat and brown. Strain off any grease. Add tomato soup and 1 can water. Add rice and simmer 45 minutes. Serve with vegetable of choice.
