|250 grams||Fettucine pasta|
|200 grams||Kiwi Shoulder Bacon; chopped|
|1 \N||Onion; chopped|
|3 \N||Cloves garlic|
|1 teaspoon||Minced fresh ginger|
|250 grams||Tararua Crme Fraiche|
|500 grams||Mussels; chopped|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper to taste|
|2 teaspoons||Sweet Thai chilli sauce; (2 to 3)|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped fresh parsley; (2 to 3)|
While the pasta is cooking (following the instructions on the packet) make the sauce.
Place the bacon, onion, garlic, ginger in a large hot fry-pan.
When the bacon has cooked and the onion is soft add the crme fraiche, mussels and season with salt and pepper and chilli sauce.
Add chopped parsley and add the hot pasta.
