Mussel and bacon pasta

200gramsKiwi Shoulder Bacon; chopped
1Onion; chopped
3Cloves garlic
1teaspoonMinced fresh ginger
250gramsTararua CrŠme Fraiche
500gramsMussels; chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2teaspoonsSweet Thai chilli sauce; (2 to 3)
2tablespoonsChopped fresh parsley; (2 to 3)

Directions

While the pasta is cooking (following the instructions on the packet) make the sauce.

Place the bacon, onion, garlic, ginger in a large hot fry-pan.

When the bacon has cooked and the onion is soft add the crŠme fraiche, mussels and season with salt and pepper and chilli sauce.

Add chopped parsley and add the hot pasta.
