1 tablespoon | Olive oil |
15 grams | Butter; (1/2 oz) |

1 \N | Red pepper; sliced |
250 grams | Pack 5 cheese tortellini |
1 \N | 70 grams pac pancetta; cubed |
1 \N | 142 millilit single cream; (5 fl oz) |
1 teaspoon | Cornflour with a little cold water |
\N \N | Salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan, add the onion and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add the pepper and cook for a further 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook the pasta following pack instructions.
Add the pancetta to the onion and pepper mixture and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Pour in the cream, blended cornflour and add seasoning to taste. Cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
Drain the tortellini, add to the pancetta mixture and stir well to combine.
Serve immediately
