Quick 'n easy mushroom and bacon pasta

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Butter
2 \N Bacon rashers; chopped
150 grams Button mushrooms; quartered
¾ cup Milk
¾ cup Water
1 pack MAGGI Sour Cream & Chives Pasta 'n More
\N \N Freshly ground black pepper

Heat the butter in a saucepan.

Add the bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for a further 2-3 minutes.

Add the milk, water and Pasta 'n More mix.

Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for 4 minutes.

Stir occasionally.

Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
