Mushroom fettuccine

Measure Ingredient
1 large Onion; chopped
1½ pounds Mixed mushrooms; (portobello,
\N \N ; cremini, shiitake),
\N \N ; chopped
3 tablespoons Butter; (1 1/2 ounces)
1¼ cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoons Dry sherry
1 tablespoon Fresh chives
1 pounds Fettuccine or your favorite pasta; cooked

In a saucepan, saute the onion and mushrooms in the butter.

Add the cream, sherry and chives. Cook until the liquid reduces and thickens. Pour the fettuccine on top, toss, and serve.
