Gourmet mushroom fettucine

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (4 oz.) Gourmet Mushroom Blend; (or the equivalent of your own mixture)
1 pack Spinach fettucine
3 tablespoons Olive oil
3 Cloves minced garlic
½ cup Pine nuts
3 ounces Sun-dried tomatoes; softened and minced

Cook fettucine. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes. Toss with cooked fettucine.
