1 pack | (4 oz.) Gourmet Mushroom Blend; (or the equivalent of your own mixture) |
1 pack | Spinach fettucine |
3 tablespoons | Olive oil |
3 | Cloves minced garlic |
½ cup | Pine nuts |
3 ounces | Sun-dried tomatoes; softened and minced |
Cook fettucine. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes. Toss with cooked fettucine.
