Gourmet mushroom fettucini

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Assorted mushrooms |
| 1 | pack | Fettucini florentine |
| 3 | tablespoons | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 3 | Cloves garlic | |
| ½ | cup | Pine nuts |
| 1 | pack | (3 oz.) sun dried tomatoes, softened and minced |
Directions
Cook fettucini according to package directions. Meanwhile in medium saucepan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; toss with hot cooked fettucini.
