Gourmet mushroom fettucini

1packFettucini florentine
3tablespoonsExtra virgin olive oil
3Cloves garlic
½cupPine nuts
1pack(3 oz.) sun dried tomatoes, softened and minced

Directions

Cook fettucini according to package directions. Meanwhile in medium saucepan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; toss with hot cooked fettucini.
