Gourmet mushroom fettucini

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Assorted mushrooms
1 pack Fettucini florentine
3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
3 \N Cloves garlic
½ cup Pine nuts
1 pack (3 oz.) sun dried tomatoes, softened and minced

Cook fettucini according to package directions. Meanwhile in medium saucepan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; toss with hot cooked fettucini.
