1 pack | Fettucini florentine |
3 tablespoons | Extra virgin olive oil |
3 \N | Cloves garlic |
½ cup | Pine nuts |
1 pack | (3 oz.) sun dried tomatoes, softened and minced |
Cook fettucini according to package directions. Meanwhile in medium saucepan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; toss with hot cooked fettucini.
