Mushroom broth

Measure Ingredient
200 grams Wild mushrooms; including oyster,
; enoki, shitake
1 Chicken stock cube
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

1 Prepare mushrooms, wiping them clean and saving any stalks. Place 500ml water in a saucepan, and bring to the boil.

2 Crumble in the stock cube, and add the mushrooms, reserving the enoki till the end. Simmer for 15 minutes, and add the soy sauce. Stir in the parsley before serving.
