Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Light brown sugar packed |
| 1 | large | Egg |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| ½ | cup | Butter or margarine room temperature |
Directions
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in medium sized bowl. In separate bowl beat egg, milk, and butter. Add all at once to flour mixture; beat to mix well. Spoon into 12 greased or paper lined 2½" muffin cups, filling each about ⅔ full. Bake in preheated 350^ oven about 20 minutes or until browned. Makes 12 muffins.
