Mr. food's cinnamon breakfast ring

1 pack (17.3 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)
1 pack (10.8 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits)
1 tablespoon Butter, melted
½ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
½ cup Confectioners' sugar
4 teaspoons Milk
