Mozzarella meat pie

Yield: 5 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
⅓ cup Chopped onion
⅓ cup Chopped celery
6 ounces Tomato paste
4 ounces Shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Salt
1 x Pepper
8 ounces Crescent rolls

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and celery and cook until tender. Add tomato paste, 1/2c cheese and seasonings. Mix well. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place in 9" pie plate. Press together to form crust. Flute edge. Fill with meat mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. VERY GOOD Submitted By JOSEPH KOTANSKY On 02-15-95
