Yield: 1 Servings
|8 \N||Carrots; peeled and shredded, up to 10|
|\N \N||Raisins; if desired|
|¼ cup||Lemon juice|
|1 tablespoon||Orange flower water; (you can leave it out but it is what gives it a more Middle Eastern flavor)|
Dissolve honey in lemon juice, add carrots and raisins, mix well, sprinkle with orange flower water and let sit one hour or longer before serving, I make this for Shabbat a lot as it gets better the longer it "marinates".
