Moroccan sweet carrot salad

Ingredients

| 8 | Carrots; peeled and shredded, up to 10 | |
| Raisins; if desired | ||
| ⅓ | cup | Honey |
| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Orange flower water; (you can leave it out but it is what gives it a more Middle Eastern flavor) |
Directions
Dissolve honey in lemon juice, add carrots and raisins, mix well, sprinkle with orange flower water and let sit one hour or longer before serving, I make this for Shabbat a lot as it gets better the longer it "marinates".
